HYUNSOK
Massage Therapist
When I was 14, I came to America from South Korea with my family. I spent my youth on the east coast. After I graduated high school, I started working in the restaurant industry, but I always was interested in massage therapy, and had a passion for it. After 10 years, I finally had the opportunity to attended European Massage Therapy School. I earned my license and certification a year later. A few years past, I met Dr. Cress, and I have been working with him ever since, and I am very happy.
MIMI
Office Manager
Hello, I’m Mimi Levine and I am the office manager for ARC Chiropractic. My husband and I moved to Buffalo Grove in 2012 with our 2 beautiful daughters from Boston, MA. Prior to become a fitness enthusiast I co-owned a whole sale bakery and can still be found in the kitchen making my favorite cookies, cakes, and pies. My passion for working out, competing in 5K’s, and outdoor obstacle course races are what introduced me to Dr. Cress. Dr. Cress was able to help me with my plethora of injuries from headaches to tendinitis and when given the opportunity to help Dr Cress in this practice, I jumped at the chance to help others experience how chiropractic medicine can heal and make life better.
SUE
Massage Therapist
My name is Sue Bailitz and I am blessed to have found a career I love and am truly passionate about! I am a Nationally Certified and Licensed Massage Therapist and love bringing pain relief, relaxation and peace to those I am privileged to work on. I graduated from National University of Health Sciences in August of 2012 where I have learned a variety of bodywork modalities such as Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Chair and Sports Massage, Orthopedic Massage and Pregnancy Massage. I have continuing education in Massage Cupping, Reflexology and Cranio Sacral Therapy and enjoying incorporating techniques from these modalities into a bodywork session. As a former member of the corporate world and now a busy wife and mom of four active kids, I believe in massage and the power of touch therapy to relax and heal our body, mind and spirit. When I am not doing massage or doing things with my husband and kids, I love taking care of my dog, doing yoga, and coaching softball. I am excited to continue working with Dr. Cress at ARC Chiropractic focusing on complete health and wellness!
JESSICA
Hello, I’m Jessica! I am currently a senior in high school and looking forward to the next step in my education. I’ve always been interested in the medical field, and being able to work in a medical office at a young age has made me realize that this health care setting is what I want in my future! Working at this office with Dr. Cress has been a pleasure. He was very accommodating to my busy schedule. To gain further knowledge within the medical field, I am also currently training to become a Certified Nursing Assistant. I work as a lifeguard over the summer, and I love the thrill and excitement of practicing CPR and diving into the cool water. Outside of medicine, my passion is volleyball. I have been playing the game since I was eleven years old, and as I’ve gotten older, I play year-round
